Areas of Interest
Membership Development Committee
One of the main goals of the Membership Development Committee is to increase the awareness of the public management profession. To promote the profession, the Membership Development Committee urges IAMMA members to encourage younger generations to better understand the importance of civic engagement by providing accessible communications tools and online resources for promoting the profession of public management.

Service and Activity Committee
The Service and Activity Committee coordinates the annual Angel Tree Program, Social Events - Regional Locations, Pool & Euchre Tournament at the Winter Conference, Cubs Game and various events for IAMMA members.

Communications Committee
Provides support to the various committees by deploying Communications modalities in support of activities: IAMMA website, Facebook, ILGNET liaison with ILCMA and Salary Survey.

Professional Development Committee
The Professional Development Committee is responsible for providing IAMMA membership and other interested professionals in the municipal field, and opportunity to gain knowledge on a specific issue or topic affecting the industry at the time or to provide personal professional development and growth. The Committee hosts a series of three seminars within a one-year period; October, March, and the following October. The sessions are half days and are typically interactive in nature. The Professional Development seminars also provide attendees with an invaluable opportunity to network with others in their field. Ideas are often exchanged and professional opportunities are discovered. Making connections at these seminars often lead to longer lasting professional relationships that are helpful in the future.

Conference Committee
Plans the annual IAMMA Conference held in early spring.

Luncheons Committee
The Luncheon committee handles monthly professional development luncheons for the IAMMA membership.

I am ready for a new adventure and am willing to serve on an IAMMA committee.
